Scan them so they can be filed away! Then you can reference them and look for what you want without physically digging through them.
OR, take a piece of computer paper, ink up each sheet of stamps and stamp; three-hole punch the papers and put in a binder. To keep acrylic stamps together, use page protectors in that same binder! :D

@Leashah, holy poop how did I not think of that, what a great idea! Then I can put the stamps under my hutch cabinet! great idea... anyone have a plan for my flower stash?
My stamps are all over the place too. I started buying larger zip-lock baggies and then categorizing them by holiday, letter stamps, sayings, etc. That way, I can just grab the baggie I need (plus, the clear stamps stop sticking to the package sheet after awhile anyway).

I bought some 1" binders and some cling pages, so all my unmounted stamps are in the binders now. It saved a lot of space!

My stamp collection consists of 3 stamps so far, so I dont think I qualify to give advice LOL. I love stamps, and spend loads of time looking at them at the craft store, but only bought 3 so far. I can imagine if I did buy more it could be come an addiction :)
i like to use similar sized containers to store almost everything. I use photo boxes from Michaels and Kasset boxes from IKEA. They both have places for labels, stack nicely and look neat and tidy in your craft room. Store them on shelving of your choice, I like Billy bookcases and metal kitchen pantry shelves from IKEA too.
I like the binder idea for stamps!
I keep all of my art supplies in little drawers from Target. I know exactly where everything is and don't have to look at it in messy piles. I keep having to buy more drawers, I think it's like 36 or something by now!

I use baby food jars and spaghetti jars to hold ribbon and other embellishments. They're clear so I can see what is inside and it makes me feel good to recycle them into something useful.
I also found a nifty scrapbook organizer at BigLots recently. It is plastic and opens like a book and inside are places to hold embellishments and papers. It was only $5. If you have a BigLots store nearby, check it out. Maybe they have them too.
I'm still trying to get ahold of my own crafty mess though, lol. I wish I could be more help.
For your flowers - you could string them by color or size on something durable like fishline and hang them from a hanger in your closet. I know you have really limitd space but the closet is not full and this would keep them fluffy and unwrinkled. and allow easy access when you want them.
