It's ok to cry

I am postponing Four Heart Friday for a while until I get a handle on my new job, I know you will all forgive  me, I will keep you updated :)

Too often we Mothers forget that its's ok to cry.
It's ok to feel run down, to take a nap.
It's ok to feel weak and vulnerable.
It's ok to let down your guard.

When you allow yourself to be human, you allow the possibilities of the universe to find you.

Stop planning, have a cry, relax and enjoy.
