12 Days of Christmas: Etsy Style

Have you ever had what seemed like a great idea, like...

"Whoa, wouldn't it be cool to do an advent calendar of cool Etsy stuff on my blog. Like one thing from my wish list every day leading up to Christmas?"

Then you realize it's already Dec 3 and if you're going to do something like an Advent calendar it should really start on December 1. So then, you're like...

"Ok, well I bet I can do the 12 days of Christmas instead! Start on the 13th and do just 12 things from Etsy that go with the 12 days of Christmas song. No Problem!"
I love this treasury, love love love.

Then you go look through Etsy to get your items and realize that it's a lot harder than you thought to find the 12 days of Christmas, (I figured I'd be up to my eyeballs in geese and maids, but NO). So then, you finally get all your items and you go to Wikipedia to find out a little more about the tradition so you can write an intelligent sounding post about the origins of the song and all the folksy crap that goes along with it and you find out that the 12 day's of Christmas are AFTER CHRISTMAS.

Yep, that's right. Maybe you all knew that, and I'm the only dull trowel in the shed. Even if you didn't know, you probably wouldn't tell me now, would you.

Anyway, here I am, I just spent 2 hours searching for all the 12 days of Christmas stuff's and I'm pretty disappointed that it's not what I thought it was, but of course I'm going to share it with you anyway.

On the Twelfth day of Christmas, my true love gave to me:

AntiqueGraphique

DigiMyWorld

Justin Rowe

thevelvetbee

Lisa Chow

Deadpan Alley

TempestStudios

JewelrybySkye

nicolecampbell

DigiMyWorld

Paper Hill Fabrics

The whole Partridge search was awesomesauce, you will have to go and see for yourself.
What do you want for Christmas?
